
Ingredients
1 cup semolina(rava), roasted
1 cup carrot, grated
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Water as required
Salt to taste
2 tsp Oil
InstructionsWash and chop the carrot properly.
Heat up oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and when it splutters add onions, curry leaves and ginger.
