Ingredients
- 1 packet noodles (can use maggi masala)
- 100 gms processed cheese, grated
- 1 inch piece of ginger, chopped
- 2-3 piece of garlic, chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
- 2 cup gram flour (chick pea flour or besan)
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- Oil to deep fry
Instructions
- Boil noodles and remove from flame and let it cool.
- In a deep bowl mix in cheese, ginger, garlic, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, onions, spinach, besan and salt. Also you can add water to bind the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into tiny balls.
- Deep-fry the pakoras until both sides are golden-brown.
- The crispy noodle pakoras are ready to serve.
- You can have them hot with chutney of your choice.
